Good news: There is a plot this time, and it more or less sense. It feels like there is less random digressions, and the character of Sam is a little more developed. Sat happens to be really inventive, and misleading the Decepticons a few times. Also Sat actually victims one of the Decepticons alone.
Bad news: Sam's new girlfriend is even more annoying than his old girlfriend. At one point, Carly, Sam gets mad because he just wants to save the world once again. Sam hangs recovered its old glory days, is not going forward with their lives. Because they want to save the world is so selfish of him. Or something like that.
Good news: Carly has not had a great time when she talks smack-Megatron on how it is the biggest villain is the bitch, until he goes along.
